Responsibilities
- To provide active assistance to clients via email, live-chat and the company’s CRM
- To manage large amounts of incoming inquiries
- To identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- To build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- To provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- To handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
